Charles Hedensten is a visionary leader whose expertise spans futurism, technology, engineering, software development, and product design. With a formal education in Avionics, Charles Hedensten distinguished himself during a decade-long tenure at Seagate Technology—the world’s largest HDD manufacturer—where he played a pivotal role on the Product Launch team. His contributions were recognized with the prestigious Key Contributor award for the Factory of the Future initiative, which enabled the scalable production of over 500 million units annually from Asian facilities, maintaining an exceptional 2% failure rate, while managing over 250 team members in Singapore at the AMIKO site.

As the founder of World Homes, Charles Hedensten has leveraged more than fourteen years of experience in large-scale manufacturing, advanced technology, and global site development to drive innovation in home construction and design. His leadership is marked by the successful training and integration of multidisciplinary teams across diverse cultures, culminating in the assembly of a world-class group of construction and materials experts, as well as strategic investors.

CFO - CPA, MBA, DBA 

 Steven P. Rosen is an accomplished accountant with an illustrious career spanning over 40 years. As a second-generation CPA, he has inherited a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the financial world. Recently, he reached a significant milestone in his professional journey by being promoted to Senior Adjunct Faculty at California Lutheran University. Throughout his tenure at the university, Steven has been deeply involved in guiding and mentoring students in the Bachelor's Degrees for Professionals program. His dedication to nurturing young talents and empowering them to excel in the accounting field has made him an invaluable asset to the academic community.

Outside the academic realm, Steven's extensive experience in the business world is equally impressive. He has made notable contributions during his time in public accounting, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and consulting for various local law enforcement agencies in Southern California. His diverse background has given him a unique perspective on financial matters and a keen understanding of the complex dynamics within the industry.

With an impressive 35-year legacy in Colorado’s real estate landscape, Terry Fitzpatrick stands out as a driving force in acquisitions, development, management, and sales. As the founder or co-founder of both Circle Capital Partners and Pacifica Holding Company, Terry Fitzpatrick has been instrumental in building a tradition of long-term, value-driven investment across public equities, commercial real estate, and private equity. Under his leadership, these ventures have collectively acquired, developed, and managed more than 20 million square feet of premier office, retail, industrial, and large multi-family assets. 

Circle Capital Partners orchestrated “the deal of the century” [The Longmont Times] in Longmont, CO, when they, along with Invesco Real Estate, acquired the 2 million square foot Pratt industrial park, known as Silicon Valley East.

Pacifica Holding Company acquired 10-million+ sqft of investment real estate, which today still stands as the largest privately held real estate portfolio in the state of Colorado.

Among his most notable achievements is the recent completion of a 44-unit, Class A high-rise condominium in Denver’s exclusive Highlands District—a $48 million development delivered in 2022. Before that, Terry Fitzpatrick spearheaded a $21 million, 24-unit condo project in the heart of Boulder’s commercial district, strategically located adjacent to the Amazon campus and completed ahead of schedule in 2021.

Kim Dupont-Madinier is a French-American entrepreneur, design engineer, and architectural designer. 

Kim has over 13 years of experience developing and deploying innovative building technologies for various markets worldwide. She has led the development of cutting-edge designs and technologies in a variety of settings, including as a Portfolio Manager for Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill, her own prefab startup, Saint-Gobain (a leading global building materials company), as a Fulbright Scholar in Mongolia, and for the 2014 European Solar Decathlon Competition (a prominent global solar-powered prefab housing competition).

Director of Manufacturing

With over 50+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing, RJ has built a career centered on driving operational excellence, scaling production capabilities, and leading teams through complex challenges in both domestic and international environments. Starting from foundational roles on the factory floor, RJ progressed into leadership positions where he spearheaded the establishment of new manufacturing facilities from concept to full operation. This included site selection, equipment installation, process validation, and ramp-up to high-output levels while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. His expertise in greenfield factory setups has consistently delivered efficient, cost-effective production systems that support rapid market entry and sustained growth.

A key strength lies in managing diverse teams at all levels—from line operators and technicians to supervisors, engineers, and senior executives. RJ has led multi-shift operations with hundreds of personnel, fostering collaborative cultures that emphasize accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development. He has implemented training programs, performance management systems, and motivational strategies that reduced turnover, boosted productivity, and enhanced workplace safety across various manufacturing settings. His people-focused leadership approach has proven essential in navigating cultural differences and aligning global teams toward shared goals in international operations.

RJ has played a pivotal role in designing and developing custom tools, fixtures, and automation solutions tailored to high-volume production needs. Drawing on deep technical knowledge, he has collaborated with engineering teams to create innovative tooling that improves precision, reduces cycle times, and minimizes downtime. These designs have supported everything from prototype validation to full-scale manufacturing, often incorporating feedback from real-world production to optimize performance and reliability.

Director of Engineering

Denny Falls is a multidisciplinary engineering leader whose career is defined by innovation, technical mastery, and a relentless drive for excellence. Holding a Master’s Degree in Physical Education with a Minor in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado College, Denny Falls began making his mark early—securing city approvals for architectural designs at just 17. His trajectory quickly accelerated into advanced roles, contributing to US military bunker development, testing airframes for industry giants like Lockheed Martin, Grumman, and Boeing, and engineering large-scale production machinery for Maytag, spanning over 15 years in Oil-rig drilling hardware and site operation development.

A pioneer in digital design, Denny Falls was among the first to adopt AutoCAD, mentored directly by one of its original developers. His expertise in materials science and design software is further demonstrated through his advanced work in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) digital twin simulations—enabling precise modeling of how products and structures respond to real-world forces such as stress, heat, vibration, and fluid flow.

From aerospace and automotive to high-end computer hardware and on-site construction problem-solving, Denny Falls has consistently delivered innovative solutions and engineered drawings that meet the highest standards for professional approval. His depth of knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset in transforming complex concepts into engineered realities.

Manufacturing Floor Manager

With over 20 years of hands-on expertise in manufacturing, training, and team-building, Josh Briggs is a General Manager and dynamic leader who excels at driving operational excellence. His experience spans residential and commercial construction, custom kitchen cabinetry, assembly, and welding for high-profile projects—including work for major venues like the Broncos Stadium. Josh Briggs is renowned for his ability to establish and maintain efficient processes, foster a high-quality work environment, and inspire his teams to consistently deliver outstanding results.

GC Dir & Site Foreman

He began this real estate development career in 2010, initially focused on residential acquisitions and value-add renovations. Through the implementation of standardized underwriting, construction management, and reporting processes, Scaled Operations managing over 20+ active renovation projects simultaneously within four years. This period established a strong operational foundation in budget control, scheduling discipline, and multi-project execution, that lead to over 115+ home being built between 2021 and 2024.

In 2018, he expanded into ground-up residential construction, shifting the business toward a more vertically integrated development model. This transition allowed for tighter control over design standards, build quality, and cost forecasting, while reducing variability associated with renovation projects. As market conditions changed and pricing volatility increased during the COVID period, I fully exited home flipping and transitioned exclusively into new construction.

At peak production, Sam managed 22+ concurrent residential builds, overseeing multiple construction teams and a broad network of subcontractors across all trades. Responsibilities included project sequencing, resource allocation, vendor management, and performance oversight to ensure consistent delivery across parallel job sites. Operating at this scale required disciplined systems, clear accountability, and the ability to maintain quality and schedule across a high-volume pipeline.

Command Sergeant Major Tomas G. Sandoval (Retired)

Command Sergeant Major Tomas G. Sandoval is a retired U.S. Army Special Operations leader and one of the most accomplished Green Berets in modern history. He is recognized as the longest-serving Green Beret noncommissioned officer in the Special Forces Regiment at Fort Carson.

With 33 years of active duty service (1987–2020), CSM Sandoval spent more than 30 years in Special Forces and 31 years supporting U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) missions. His career began in 1987 as an Infantryman with the 75th Ranger Regiment. In 1990, he was selected for Special Forces and joined the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as the most junior Specialist-4 Green Beret in the unit. Over the next 15 years, he served on multiple operational detachments, participating in high-risk missions around the world.

CSM Sandoval’s operational experience includes:

• Patrolling the volatile “Little Russia” sector of Kosovo with Multi-National Brigade – East.
• Participation in Operation Ugly Baby, which remains the longest low-level combat air infiltration in Special Forces history.
• Serving as tactical ground commander during the Battle of Debecka Pass, where three Special Forces Operational Detachment Alphas and a Peshmerga battalion successfully held off an entire Iraqi Corps.

CSM Sandoval culminated his career as Command Sergeant Major of both the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) and the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Known throughout the force for his courage, decisive leadership, and unwavering candor, he was never hesitant to challenge leaders of any rank when it mattered most.

Lt. Gen. Francis M. Beaudette, former commander of U.S. Army Special Operations Command, described him as “one of very few individuals in all of USSOCOM that many of us consider a national treasure.”

Today, CSM Sandoval continues to embody the values of the Green Beret — quiet professionalism, selfless service, and uncompromising integrity — forged through decades of extraordinary service to the nation.

FTE Design Architect

Juan Sandoval is a distinguished custom home builder and architect known for his calm, refined, and deeply knowledgeable approach to creating extraordinary residences. Third-generation Arizonan and a graduate of Arizona State University’s School of Architecture and Design Sciences, Juan built his first custom home at just 17 years old. Today, he is one of the most sought-after builders in the Southwest, particularly in the Town of Paradise Valley, where he is currently designing and constructing five high-end custom homes simultaneously — including a stunning 50,000-square-foot masterpiece that showcases the pinnacle of his vision and craftsmanship.

Juan’s career path is as unique as the homes he creates. After establishing himself in residential design, he spent a decade as a Design Consultant for a prominent publishing company with its own art studio and gallery. In that role, he served as the creative liaison between the publisher, builders, and clients across commercial, hospitality, and fine art projects. His notable achievements include designing the motif and collection for approximately 80% of the public spaces in Donald Trump’s Taj Mahal — encompassing paintings, sculptures, furniture, and art objects — as well as work on Caesars’ Palace, Luxor, and two dedicated art galleries.

Wayne L. Johnson has been CEO and managing partner of Arizona Technology Innovation Group, LLC, since 2008. Since 2004, he has consulted solely for Johnson Consulting. ATIG has 15 highly talented and educated professionals who have managed companies in the Phoenix area. Wayne recruited this group using prior working relationships, organized the group to assemble IP, develop concepts, and support projects, managed this group's expenses, activities, relationships, and workflow, that leads this group to challenge the status quo of technology in manufacturing and construction. 

Before consulting, Wayne was COO of Tokyo Electron Phoenix, President and owner of Prototech Research Inc., Technical Manager of Epsilon Technology, Technical Director of Advanced Crystal Sciences, Inc. Before ACS, Wayne was Group leader in Target Fabrication at Lawrence Livermore National Labs, fabricating microfusion devices. Dr. Johnson holds a Master's and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois with thesis work in plasma discharge physics and Bachelors in Physics. Wayne is committed to delivering lab technology through competent and prototypes to the marketplace in the vehicle of business-sensible projects.

Brian Kline is a business leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations grow, scale, and execute complex initiatives across construction, technology, medical, and service-based industries.

Throughout his career, Brian has partnered with founders, investors, and executive teams to build companies, develop leaders, and navigate periods of significant growth and transformation. He is known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, aligning teams around a common mission, and turning vision into action.

As Operating Partner, Brian helps lead strategic growth, partnerships, and execution initiatives across World Homes. Working closely with company leadership, investors, and stakeholders, he focuses on building the relationships, organizational alignment, and operational foundation necessary to support the company's long-term mission and expansion.

Brian believes the most meaningful organizations are built through strong relationships, servant leadership, and a commitment to leaving people and communities better than they were found.

Investing Partner Group - 

Keenan and his wife live in Denver, Colorado, with five children. Keenan

attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. His career has been

focused on creating impact with alternative investments in assets

classes of real estate, operating companies, and boutique projects. 

Keenan has been a leader in the anti-human trafficking space, creating

relationships to expand new housing, establishing partnerships in new

cities and seeking to see the end of human trafficking in the United States

States.

He has helped source over $500M in capital and project management

consultants to sponsor entities. He and his partners are the sponsors

on over 1,000 beds of development in multiple cities nationwide from

student housing to multi family and workforce housing.

With over $300M under development or recently completed, Keenan has

shown experience in luxury single-family build, stabilized multi/student

housing acquisition, a 30+ story tower build, as well as flood 

Plain removal and master plan developments.

With over 30 years experience in economic and tourism development, strategic planning, and consulting, working with diverse clients and stakeholders across North America, Australia, and Europe, I bring great depth and understanding to the table to ensure economic vitality: working with Cities, Counties, States and Tribal Leaders, for communities and regions, to overcome housing and business development challenges, spanning projects both large and small while managing budgets of over 65 million in grant funding alone.
 

Expertise includes project management, media relations, marketing and communications, B2B, public relations, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, grant writing, sustainable business development, and quality customer service. A visionary leader, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a culturally-conscious professional with a passion for connecting people to one another and creating memorable experiences. A recipient of the EDDE Award, a peer-recognized honor for supporting economic success in Arizona, as well as a Paul Harris award from Rotary International.

Site Operations Manager

With over 30 years of expertise in site management and development, Michael Romano is a proven leader renowned for delivering complex projects with precision and reliability. He has successfully managed more than 25 major sites for service, maintenance, and construction, in addition to overseeing the renovation and upkeep of over 62 homes, condos, and apartments. Michael Romano’s deep industry knowledge enables him to swiftly troubleshoot challenges and implement high-quality solutions, even in the most demanding environments. 

His ability to bring order to chaos and maintain unwavering focus has earned him a reputation for excellence. Michael Romano has led and trained teams of all sizes—both in the US and internationally, from Italy to the Philippines—working alongside general contractors and government agencies such as FEMA, the US Air Force, CDOT, and Coors. His global experience and hands-on leadership continue to drive successful outcomes for every project he undertakes.

Contract Community Consciousness

Ken Wilber, a visionary thinker of inspired genius, is the developer of an integral “theory of everything” that embraces the truths of all the world’s great spiritual, scientific, and philosophical traditions. He is the most widely translated academic writer in America, with 25 books translated into some 30 foreign languages. Ken Wilber currently lives in Denver, Colorado, and is still active as a philosopher, author, and teacher, with all of his major publications still in print.

Often referred to as the"Einstein of consciousness studies", Ken Wilber is a preeminent scholar of the Integral stage of human development.

In 2007, Wilber co-founded Integral Life, a social media hub dedicated to sharing the integral vision with the worldwide community, as well as documenting and catalyzing the progress of the integral movement.

 As an urban designer, planner, and landscape architect, Sean’s approach draws upon the strength of the site and utilizes natural structures as a framework for city-building. He taps the biological sciences to create sustainable landscapes that respond to both the environment and the human condition. Sean has worked throughout the US, South America, Europe, and Asia. He received his Master of Urban Design with Distinction from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture with Distinction from the School of Environmental Design, California State Polytechnic University. He continues to teach urban design studio regularly at Cal Poly and lectures on the connection between nature and our cities.

A practicing architect and CEO of Ruggles Mabe Studio, an award-winning boutique residential architecture and interior design firm based in Colorado. Founded in 1970, the firm is dedicated to the idea that beauty can improve the lives of its clients, representing more than 1,000 projects spanning 16 states and eight countries. In 2017, he published his first book, “Beauty, Neuroscience & Architecture: Timeless Patterns & Their Impact on Our Well-Being,” which investigates how timeless forms and patterns in design affect our health and well-being. The book was made into a full-length documentary in 2020 titled “Built Beautiful, An Architecture & Neuroscience Love Story With Narration by Martha Stewart.” It suggests a new, urgent effort is needed to refocus the direction of design to include the quality of beauty as a fundamental, overarching theme in two of man’s most important fields — the built and artistic environments. Don graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Architecture. He serves on advisory boards for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art; the University of Colorado Denver, College of Architecture & Planning; the Human Architecture Planning Institute; and the Building Beautiful Institute.
